We do not install any of our products.

e) UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, available for free in any distribution medium.

f) MASTER RESELL RIGHTS
You may resell any product, individualy or bundled with the sole condition that you transfer Master Resell Rights to your customers as well.

g) TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND WARRANTY
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind and without technical support, either expressed or implied. In no event shall OpenMax or its owner be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

h) INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
You may not disclose any order information which includes but is not limited to Order ID, download link, nickname, password, etc.

3) DISTRIBUTION METHOD
openmax.com goods are distributed by download option only. We don't do physical shipments of any kind. After your purchase you will receive an automated email from our system with your login and password to access the files. If you experience any kind of problem with the Club system, please use the "Contact Us" form. All the payments at openmax.com are via PayPal, you can purchase using PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account.

4) OUR REFUND POLICY
Since openmax.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds. All our content has been tested and work using the required system specified for each product.
